FEATURES: It is a very close area to the Atlantic Ocean, giving a special tipicity to its wines, with intense spicy notes, good color and structure.
Fermentation process
Cold pre-maceration takes place at 0ºC for 5 days to extract color and aromas. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for approximately 8 days at 26ºC. 100% malolactic fermentation.Tasting notes
Intense red color. Aromas and flavors of black fruit such as blackberries and black currants with plum jam notes and spices like black pepper and eucalyptus. These notes are interspersed with the coffee and chocolate provided by the oak. Kind and juicy tannins.Technical Data
