Fabián Valenzuela
Winemaker
Fabián Valenzuela has over 30 years of experience as a winemaker.
Son and grandson of Vigneron, Fabian grew up on a vineyard. He began his work in Vinas Balbo, and then in Catena. Fabian is a very committed to quality winemaking, focused on the different possibilities offered by the land.
He has experience in vintages in other regions of the world such as France, Spain and United States.He travels frequently to the most important wine regions of the world where meets with other winemakers, exchanging experiences and opinions. He has participated in the development of techniques for the use of Flash Détente technology and INRA in Montpellier (France), among others.
Fabian graduated in Enology in Mendoza (Don Bosco), and has completed postgraduate studies in "Planning and management of the quality from the vineyard to the wine.
