	TAPIZ CHARDONNAY The Chardonnay grapes are selected from La Consulta in Tupungato (Valle de Uco) between 1150 at 1.350 meters above sea level. Sandy and alluvial soils with a presence of stone in the surface. The temperature range allows for an optimum development of the chardonnay grapes.	Tasing Sheet: \| 2012 \| \| 2011 \|

	TAPIZ SAUVIGNON BLANC We have this variety in different areas and also with different training systems. In Agrelo at 950 metres altitude with the tall overheard arbor system called “Parral tipo Cuyano”, this system keeps the clusters covered from the direct sun rays , therefore the typical aromas of the variety are preserved. In Tupungato the grapes are harvested from vineyards between 1100 and 1350 meters above sea level in the espaliering system. 	TAPIZ TORRONTÉS The vineyards are located in the most important winegrowing region of La Rioja, in the Valley of Famatina which is acknowledged for its unique characteristics. 	TAPIZ VIOGNIER The Viognier grapes are selected from our San Pablo single vineyard, located in Tupungato (Uco Valley) at 1.350 meters above sea level. The climate and soil properties give this variety special qualities.	Tasing Sheet: \| 2012 \| \| 2011 \|

	TAPIZ MALBEC YOUNG Elaborated with grapes from Agrelo and Ugarteche, and aged only for 3 months in oak barrels, this wine has an attractive bright red and violet colour. 	TAPIZ ROSÉ MALBEC This rosé wine is elaborated with grapes harvested from our single vineyard San Pablo in Uco Valley at 1.350 meters above sea level. It’s a young wine with an intense rosé colour. 	TAPIZ MALBEC The Malbec grapes are selected from different areas (Russell, Lulunta, Agrelo , La Consulta and Tupungato). This variety of vineyards and different climatic conditions which brings out a greater complexity of aromas in this noble grape transforming it into a very interesting wine. 	TAPIZ CABERNET SAUVIGNON Elaborated with grapes from our vineyards at 950 meters and 1050 meters above sea level.in Agrelo and Tupungato, the diversity of vineyards and different climatic conditions bring out a greater complexity of aromas and flavours. 	TAPIZ MERLOT The Merlot grapes come from the vineyards surrounding Tapiz Winery, in the Area of Agrelo at 950 m above sea level and from our Finca San Pablo in the Uco Valley at 1350 meters above sea level. 	TAPIZ SYRAH Elaborated with grapes from our single vineyard San Pablo in Uco Valley at 1.350 meters above sea level , this wine aged for 13 months in oak barrels, presents a deep color with outstanding violet hues. 	TAPIZ SPARKLING WINE CHARDONNAY AND PINOT NOIR Golden yellow. Its foam is fine and persistent. On the nose the scent is delicate and intense. 	TAPIZ BICENTENARIO BLEND This wine is a combination of three emblematic Argentine Varieties: Malbec, Bonarda and Torrontés. Well balanced , expressive red fruit with a certain crispy ending.
