VINEYARDS


In Agrelo at 950 metres (3117 feet) altitude with the tall overheard arbor system called “Parral tipo Cuyano”, this system keeps the clusters protected from the direct sun rays, therefore the typical aromas of the variety are preserved.

FERMENTATION


A protective method (absence of oxygen during the process is applied). Alcoholic fermentation is slow and takes place at low temperatures. No malolactic fermentation.

TASTING NOTES


Intense aromas, reminiscent of citrus and grapefruit. It also features herbal notes as rue and fresh cut grass. Young and fresh wine, balanced, with a nice and long finish. An excellent specimen.
