A protective method (absence of oxygen during the process is applied).
Alcoholic fermentation is slow and takes place at low temperatures.
No malolactic fermentation.
Intense aromas, reminiscent of citrus and grapefruit. It also features herbal notes as rue and fresh cut grass. Young and fresh wine, balanced, with a nice and long finish. An excellent specimen.
