ZOLO

ZOLO SAUVIGNON BLANC 2010

VARIETIES

100 % Sauvignon Blanc

REGION

Agrelo , Mendoza

VINEYARDS

In Agrelo at 950 metres (3117 feet) altitude with the tall overheard arbor system called “Parral tipo Cuyano”, this system keeps the clusters protected from the direct sun rays, therefore the typical aromas of the variety are preserved.

FERMENTATION

A protective method (absence of oxygen during the process is applied). Alcoholic fermentation is slow and takes place at low temperatures. Acidity is corrected in order to keep aromatic intensity and the natural residual sugar. No malolactic fermentation.

TASTING NOTES

This Sauvignon Blanc stands out by its citrus fruit aromas highlighting the grapefruit. Bright and lively, with tropical fruit such as citrus, pear, melon, and kiwi that play off each other through the finish.
