The climate and soil of this property give special characteristics from high altitude vineyards (1350 meters / 4429 feet above sea level) to this variety differentiating it significantly from other traditional Cabernet
Sauvignon.
FERMENTATION
Cold pre‐maceration takes place at 8ºC for 5 days.
Fermentated in stainless steel tanks for approximately 15 days at 28ºC then rests on lees for 16 days.
100% malolactic fermentation.
CRIANZA
Aged for 14 months in French (95%) and American (5%) oak barrels of first and second use.
TASTING NOTES
This wine presents a very good aromatic intensity, aromas of jam and cassis, and hints of spices. Also features aromas coming from the oak, such as roasted coffee and chocolate. Long on the palate, excellent structure and balance, has sweet tannins. Has a long finish.
