Our vineyards are located at 950 meters above sea level (3117 feet). The characteristics of this terroir provide the complexity
and expression of this wine.
A cold pre‐maceration takes place at 8ºC for 5 days to extract color and aromas.
Fermentated in stainless steel tanks for approximately 10 to 15 days at 28ºC.
100% malolactic fermentation
6 months in French (95%) and American (5%) oak barrels of third use.
Bright red color. In the nose presents aromas of jam and candied fruit. The mouth is smooth and balanced. Has a long finish.
