VINEYARDS
The Bonarda grape comes from the Ugarteche and Agrelo areas, located between 900 an 1050 meters above sea level (2952 to 3445 feet).
These areas are suitable for a great maturity of this variety and also characterized by a high wind drainage favoring an optimal health of the grapes.
FERMENTATION
Cold pre‐maceration takes place at 8ºC for 5 days to extract color and aromas.
Fermentated in stainless steel tanks for approximately 10 at 28ºC.
100% malolactic fermentation.

TASTING NOTES
Intense red color with violet hues. Aromas of berries such as raspberries and strawberries. In the mouth, ripe sweet tannins. Elegant and soft finish.
