VINEYARDS
The combination of soil and climate of this single vineyard located in Tupungato at 1350 meters above sea level give this variety special qualities.
FERMENTATION
A cold pre‐maceration takes place at 8ºC for 5 days to extract color and aromas.
Fermentated in stainless steel tanks for approximately 10 to 15 days at 28ºC.
100% malolactic fermentation.
CRIANZA
Aged 6 months in French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Tapiz Pinot Noir is smooth, delicate and elegant. Outstanding aromas of red berries, stawberries and ripe plums mainly. Fresh and fruity with a touch of vanilla and spices which give this wine an atractive losinger taste. Balanced a with a long lasting finish.
