VINEYARDS
The Bonarda grape comes from the Ugarteche area, located at 1030 meters above sea level (3379 feet) . This area is
suitable for a great maturity of this variety and also characterized by a high wind drainage favoring an optimal health of the grapes.
FERMENTATION
Cold pre‐maceration takes place at 8ºC for5 days to extract color and aromas.
Fermentated in stainless steel tanks for approximately 15 at 28ºC.
100% malolactic fermentation
CRIANZA
8 months in French and American oak Barrels of first and second use.
TASTING NOTES
Our Bonarda presents a deep red color with purple hues with aromas such as
raspberries and strawberries. In the mouth, ripe sweet tannins, accompanied with
notes of toasted oak. Elegant and soft finish.
