The climate and soil of this property give special
characteristics from high altitude vineyards (1350
meters / 4429 feet above sea level) to this variety differentiating it significantly from other traditional Merlot.
Cold pre‐maceration takes place at 8ºC for 5 days
Fermentated in stainless steel tanks for approximately 12 days at 25‐28ºC.
100% malolactic fermentation.
Aged for 12 months in French (95%) and American
(5%) oak barrels of first and second use.
Bright red colour. Intense and complex nose, aromas of fruit and jam are highlighted. In the mouth is a complex but harmonious and elegant wine. The oak is well integrated , with vanilla and chocolate hints. Has a long finish.
