brings about a greater complexity ofaromas in this noble grape transforming it intoa very interesting wine.
A cold pre‐maceration takes place (5‐8ºC) for 3 to 5 days
to extract color and aromas.
Fermentated in stainless steel tanks for approximately
10 to 14 days at 28ºC.
100 % Malolactic Fermentation.
8 months of French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels.
Our Malbec stands out due to the ideal combination of grapes from the best
areas of Mendoza. These terroirs add an excepcional fruit concentration. Powerful Nose, with an attractive and deep violet colour with aromas of red berries, black fruits and raspberries. Good firm structure and ripe tannins.
